An icon in the industry has played a leading role in Organizational restructuring, Policy formulation, and Regulation of ICT and Electronic Media sectors of the country. He has headed PTCL, PTA, PEMRA, and Telecom Foundation. He has made a commendable contribution to the International Telecommunication Union, a body of UNO responsible for ICT initiatives worldwide, as the Member Radio Regulatory Board and in Administrative Council.
